Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern access to Marbleland public websites, product pages, demos, documentation, and any web-based features that link to these Terms. By accessing or using them, you agree to these Terms and to applicable law.
Marbleland is a developing ecosystem. Individual products may publish additional product-specific terms, notices, pricing rules, eligibility requirements, or risk disclosures. If a product-specific notice conflicts with these general Terms for that product, the more specific notice controls for that product.
1. The Marbleland ecosystem
Marbleland presents software and creative products that may include VencOS, Marble Studio, KOLdex, Solcast, LaunchOS, Agent Intelligence, EventCap, and related services. Features may include AI-assisted creation, product and workflow tools, prediction-market or market intelligence, community and creator analytics, and other experimental or production services.
2. Eligibility and lawful use
You may use the services only where your use is lawful. You are responsible for satisfying any age, geographic, professional, licensing, sanctions, financial-services, platform, or other restrictions that apply to you or your activity.
3. Accounts, credentials, and access
Some products may require an account, wallet, API credential, or third-party sign-in. You are responsible for protecting credentials and for activity performed through your account or connected systems. Do not share secrets, private keys, authentication tokens, or access credentials through public forms or channels.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the services, interfere with availability or security, attempt unauthorized access, bypass technical controls, introduce malicious code, scrape or automate access in a manner that materially degrades service, impersonate others, violate intellectual-property rights, or use the services to facilitate unlawful activity.
5. AI and generated outputs
AI-assisted outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, unsuitable, or legally restricted. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication or commercial use and for assessing rights, permissions, factual claims, likenesses, trademarks, copyrights, and other obligations that may apply.
6. Market, prediction, and analytical features
Market and prediction features may rely on third-party data, APIs, blockchains, public information, models, or venue feeds. Data may be delayed, unavailable, inconsistent, revised, or incorrect. Market-related outputs are informational and are subject to the separate Disclaimer.
7. Third-party services and links
The ecosystem may link to or depend on third-party services, blockchains, exchanges, social platforms, infrastructure providers, model providers, or APIs. Marbleland does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their availability, terms, security, content, or conduct.
8. Intellectual property
Marbleland names, logos, product identities, interface designs, artwork, text, software, and original site materials are protected to the extent permitted by applicable law. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Marbleland intellectual property to you.
9. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide product feedback or suggestions, you allow Marbleland to use that feedback to evaluate and improve the ecosystem without an obligation to compensate you, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
10. Beta and changing features
Features may be experimental, preview, beta, incomplete, changed, suspended, or removed. Product names, interfaces, integrations, limits, pricing, supported regions, and technical requirements may change as the ecosystem develops.
11. Availability and security
Marbleland works to operate services reliably, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, third-party outages, network failures, attacks, rate limits, or other events can affect access.
12. Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, public websites and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or specific outcomes.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Marbleland is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, trading losses, business interruption, or losses caused by reliance on generated, analytical, or third-party information.
14. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or suspended where reasonably necessary to protect users, infrastructure, legal compliance, intellectual property, or service integrity, or where these Terms are materially violated.
15. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as the ecosystem evolves. The effective date identifies the currently published version. Continued use after an update means the updated Terms apply to subsequent use, subject to applicable law.
